Experience the magic of theater in a fun and collaborative environment. Campers will create original skits and songs as well as learn some broadway show stoppers.

A Chorus Line: Teen Edition
A Chorus Line: Teen Edition is an adaptation of the Pulitzer Prize winning musical, tailored specifically for teen performers and family audiences. Celebrate this beloved Broadway classics with us this summer at the Long Beach Playhouse!

Charlotte’s Web
This Spring, Jewel Box will be producing Charlotte’s Web written by E.B. White and adapted by Joseph Robinette. Free performances are June 18th and 21st at Rancho Los Alamitos and June 26, 27 and 28 at The Bembridge House. Click the link below to reserve tickets!
Community Sing-A-Long
Our Community Sing-a-long choir meets weekly and includes vocal warm ups, simple music and theatre games and singing! The series concludes with a sing-a-long performance and feast with the Gold Star Singers at Gold Star Manor at the beginning of May! All experience levels and family participation encouraged!

Free Family Friday Workshops
Fun filled workshops every week that will explore a different art form. These are family friendly events and parent participation is encouraged.

Private Lessons
30 minute musical theater performance, acting and audition prep lessons tailored to each individual student. Perfect for students looking to audition at local theaters, or perform in our monthly cabarets. All lessons taught at Jewel Box Studio
Good Day Cabaret
Join us for an afternoon of music and fun for the whole family! Show tunes, a sing-a-long, raffles and prizes all for a good cause!
Free Community Workshops
The Jewel Box Children’s Theater Company is committed to bringing free music and theater instruction to underserved areas in our community serving over 2,000 students annually.
Performance Troupe
Performing for various local community events this class includes a little singing, a little dancing and a lot of fun!
Home Schools
Jewel Box works with home school charters and families and is currently a vendor for iLead, Blue Ridge, Excel, Sky Mountain, Sun Coast

Students will learn about the exciting world of theatrical make up design and application along with make up safety and hygiene.
